Availability of products is subject to stock on hand.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders

Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been received and accepted, where applicable.

Dulux Fourways reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Collection and Delivery

Where collection or delivery services are offered:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that collection details are correct.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection or successful delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We strive to supply products of the highest quality. Please inspect your purchase upon collection or delivery.

Change of Mind

We do not allow returns, grant refunds or permit exchanges should you simply change your mind or make the incorrect choice when purchasing our products.

Custom Mixed Paint

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be considered on specially mixed, tinted or eye-matched colours.

Faulty Products

Customers may choose either:

• a return and refund; or
• an exchange,

provided that:

• the product is faulty or does not perform as intended;
• valid proof of purchase is presented; and
• the product is returned within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable South African consumer legislation.

Approved returns may attract a handling fee of 10%.

Nothing contained in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.

7. Product Usage

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended purpose before purchase.

Product application should always follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Dulux Fourways cannot be held liable for damage resulting from incorrect preparation, misuse, improper application or failure to follow product guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dulux Fourways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any products purchased.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
